Web Page Agreement
Web pages are available for a one time fee of $24.99. Web pages are limited to 1 page and may contain text, 3 links to other web sites and a maximum of 3 customer provided or
web ready stock photos only. Any additional items, other than the items listed above, are subject to fees depending on the item requested. A quote for the items will be given and must be paid for before
any items can be published to the web page.
* Maintenance is NOT included with this offer. * Maintenance On Demand
If your business needs maintenance on demand, a fee of $40 per hour with a 1/2
hour minimum is due at the time of any maintenance on demand request. You must pay this fee before
any maintenance changes will begin. Any left over fees are due immediately upon the completion of the requested changes.
Monthly Maintenance
Our monthly maintenance plans have different levels so that we can be sure to meet your particular business
needs without charging you excess maintenance fees. Our plans start at $25/2 hours, $50/5 hours, $70/7 hours and $100/10 hours a month, when you agree to a six month maintenance agreement
. Monthly maintenance fees are billed through e-mail, on the 20th day of each month. Monthly maintenance fees are ALWAYS due on the 1st day of the month and are ALWAYS due before the 3rd day of the month.
Monthly maintenance fees are assessed a $25 late fee
if payment is not received by the 3rd of each month. Any late fees are expected to arrive with your payment. Maintenance requests must be submitted in writing, 3 days in advance of the needed updates.

BusinessColumbus.com reserves the right to keep the specified web page listed in the BusinessColumbus.com directory, for the sole purpose of generating traffic to the BusinessColumbus.com web site.
BusinessColumbus.com agrees to never give out, sell, distribute or publish online any information about the specified business, in any way, unless otherwise advised to do so by the specified business.
BusinessColumbus.com reserves the right to discontinue web agreements and maintenance agreements at any time, for any reason. If this situation occurs, a prorated refund will be offered for the remainder of the
agreement time frame in which you have paid for. BusinessColumbus.com reserves the right to not accept any agreement. |
